Can someone photoshop my wheels Black with a chrome lip?

Okay My wheels are currently silver with a chrome lip. Sorry for the low res pic but that's all I have. I would like to powder coat the silver parts black and leave the lip chrome. I'm scared to try it without seeing it first.

Wow thanks T Money. I can't decide now haha. They all look better than the silver I think.

Is the anyway to make the top pic so that the inner lip where the little fake bolts are is black, leaving the bolts silver.
