Hi, I do not have any photoshop or anything like that at home. I am at work and we have microsoft photo editor and paint? I was wondering if someone could help me out with one.

Using some of those and if possible can you add "v8klla" (no I) in some cool lettering?

Using 1 picture would be fine, I don't know how the program works.
