learning photoshop

I've had photoshop for quite a while and I still don't know how to do shit. I've tried looking at tuturiols online, but I can't seem to find a good one. Does anyone wanna teach me how to do stuff like changing rims, changing the color of the car, doing carbon fibre, etc? AIM me at brianhaynes4.
