im looking for one too. i just have a gateraid bottle zip tied in for the hoses to flow into untill i can find one, it works for now. i might break down and get one from autozone or the dealership soon.
 
I have one I just took off my Gsx the other day. Not exactly in the Phoenix area, but close.
