well my car is running like crap. it wont start up after it gets wormed up at all it will just crank itself to death. i can smell fuel i know its getting spark. any help will be gratefull i can buy some beer and we can figure it out.

sounds like fun but unfortunatly, my knowledge only extends to what I know about my own car haha. I wish I could help but I wouldn't even know where to start on it and not to mention that my schedule with school and work is too frantic... Are there any other symptoms though besides the fact it won't start when warmed up?

nothing really sorta fixed the no start problem. ordered a greddy hose fitting adapter to know my temp and plugged the cts back to the ecu not the gauge. the no start is fixed but now i have a slight valve tap that comes and goes.

Having the CTS unplugged is going to cause all sorts of problems. As far as lifter tick, don't worry about it.

As Adam said the coolant sensor needs to be hooked up. If it isn't then your car thinks it is always warming up even when it isn't. With the no start problem do you have an upgraded fuel pump, adjustable regulator hooked up? If you do do you have the fuel pressure solenoid hooked up as well?

As for the ticking that is just old lifters. You can try and clean them out but they will start to tick again. The only real fix is to replace them with the revised version that has a larger 3MM orifice.

got everything taken care of dude in suprise hooked it up big time brand new transmission installed and is helpin me with emissions and eprom tune will keep u guys posted going to fir the 29th

emissions failed by .10 in ho idle test

standard 1.20 / mine 1.30

got some 110 going to try again

Lol glad Donnie could help you out. Sucks about the emissions. Mine won't even set the readiness monitors.
