Good body shop in Puget Sound area

Hey Everyone:

I have a 2g that I would like to get some rust work done on (the imfamous front strut towers)

Over the years, I have been finding that more and more body/collision shops simply don't want to do any work that isn't insurance work, so short of having someone hit my car, I am on my own.

Are there any good shops around here that do good metal/rust work as well as refinishing?

In this economy show some cash and I'd be willing to bet they will work on it. I would think they get flakey on non insurance jobs because they want to get paid and sometimes people will bs them over a job where as a ins company will just about always pay out.

Got any pics? I work in a very reputable shop in tacoma and do side work too. I might be able to help ya out. All side work is actully done at my place of employment so I have access to all the equipment including a paint booth. Just send me a message if your interested.
