Question on suspension adjusting

is there a specific tool on adjusting tokico race struts and will ride heght or low ride height harm the suspension............

If you have these
TOKICO’s D-Spec Series adjustable shock
you need this

or if you have
Illumina Series shocks you can just use a small flat head driver or part# to00102

and if you have coil overs
RAK series you need coil over wrench i didnt find a part # but if you call them im sure you
can order one.
