start up prob

ok when i try to start my car it just tern over so i have to add starter fluid to get it to start up does any one have and idea what it could be. I think it might be the sprak plugs gaped to small or something thanks for the help

Probably the coolant temp sensor. Does it start fine when the engine is warm?

yup when its all warmed up its starts up fine after that

hey trev ...... mabey one of sensors locaded in the lower thurmastat housing....call jj I know he has one sittin around with all the sensors in it

You have a logger? if you do see if its reading anything for your coolent temp,I'd check the wires to it first if there not both hooked up(or its not working) then you ECU will think the coolent is something like -80 deg.
