So Like the Title says I being Atacked buy Laser's.....Well Not realy But It's staring to feel like it .... So I got All my Boost leaks takin' care of the Other Day and Swaped out The wastegate Spring for a bigger one And could'nt be Happier Car pulls Hard, Boost is a little Higher then I was shooting for But Everything is all Good ... So I go out to do a few pulls and get some better logs on the laptop...And BOOM right when I hit full boost in 2nd My Escort Passport X50 Goes off ... LASER I'm thinking O F*k I'm screwd
Hitt the Breaks... but NO COPWTF.....so I'm like what The F* ok ... Go out somewere else and Get a good pull and POOP of goes a IC pipe.. No biggie Fix it... but its was getting late... So Today I' headed through town Step on it and BAMB again LASER but this time I've already came to the conclution that somethings is up with it and just hit Mute... I've only been hit by Laser on the Freeway a few time buy the State partol & never in town and I Rarely Speed anyway But I do get UP to Speed Fast... Well anyway I figured I Ask Around and If anyone has had this problem I'm thinkin' I'll Just disable laser in Town and not worrie about it Rather than Send it in since I've never had Any problems with it before, and Don't feal like Spending $60 to send it in. Since I've had it for more than a year
But I figured Like I said I'd ask around I'm kinda stumped I'm guessing its Picking up Some RF from the Car or Maybe its a Voltage drop to it But It only does it When I hit more than 24psi

I have the passport 8500 and it likes to go off around airports with the laser alert. Was driving the wife's bmw Saturday to Spokane and about shit my pants when it went off.

Ya The Laser alert Is NOT Subtle At ALL... And REALY is not At WOT

My passport 8500 would someimtes go off for no reason when I got onto the gas when I had my SRT4. after the 3rd time it happened and not seeing any cops I figured it was just seem weird thing that happened when I would get on the gas and just started ignoring it.

Well I'm defanitly not turning off the laser in Town...Now Barly stepped on it yesterday and it goes off so I'm really like WTF now... fortunately there was some slow ass with dog hanging out the window in front of me ... because as soon as I turned to go home a different way ... I look back and theres a Cop..."never seen city cops with laser" I know for a fact the other times it was a false alarm. But for it to only go off at 24+ psi is just weird .....
