help, i need emissions parts

i recently bought a 95 tsi awd and all the under hood emissions stuff is gone(egr valve, charcol canister, i think some relays, but pretty much all of it) and my local gov says i need it. if anyone in the portland area still has all this i would love to buy, rent ,or borrow all of it. i
still have the cat. please help
