The car is a white 90 talon no sunroof. Purchased in vero last year with a bad first gear and a built bottom end. On link v 2.5. Anyone know who it is. I know the guy was selling it to build a sc300 he is a Toyota or Lexus tech. I know it's a shot in the dark but I need to replace my hg and I can't remember if the motor was bored .20 over or stock bore. Thanks in advance!

ok so i think the guys name on here is, go dsm go . anyone know him, or a way to contact him lmk please!

why dont you use a micrometer or find someone who can just measure the bore and that will tell you if its .020 or not

because im still driving the car around and it is a 2 week wait time from flat out on the head gasket. i have a spare head that im sending to the machine shop to be resurfaced and install dual valve springs and retainers. i was hoping for minimal down time.

aren't most of the aftermarket head gaskets made with an 87mm bore anyhow? So .020 wouldn't matter, now the amount you have taken off of the new head might matter so you need to make sure the machine shop can tell you how much was removed. Depending on if that head was ever cut before could make a difference on if you want a slightly thicker head gasket or not.
