Need help from a knowledgeable (or new) welder in Orlando!

Hey guys, I have a 95 GSX that's down for a big build (I'm going for a 500-600whp DD) While I'm doing a full makeover I want to address the rust issues on the frame of the car. The car has been up north in Mass for its entire life until I moved down to Florida 2 years ago so rust has acquainted itself with my car . My radiator support needs to be swapped for a new one and spot welded in and even more fun is the strut towers which I will have to address too. I was wondering if any DSMer with a heart (or not as long as you're still willing to help!) Would be cool with helping or even just lending me a welder. I could definitely pay for it or return the favor and lend a hand on your project! Any replies would be appreciated! Thanks guys.

im in vero beach , maybe hour and a half or so away. ive got my fathers mig that we could use , only thing is youd have to come here! but i have welder and a smaller air compressor w/ die grinder. more then happy to help just message me.
