just finished putting my turbo xs boost controller in first i hooked it up to my blow off valve hose it only went up to 12 psi i tried turning it up same thing..then i hooked up straight to the turbo same thing happened but now by turbo is making noise i have another i can put on but do u think its my gauge or what??

What kind of gauge is it and what does it say you run without the boost controller?

i got the apexi turbo timer withe the built in guage i tried driving it around and the car chatters feels like the turbo is giving out it will hit ten pounds of boost but when u step on the gas hard its not a smooth flow but i have a spare turbo i hope that is the problem..

Not trying to be a smart ass but did you disconnect the stock BCS? Tee'd the BC in correctly? Also is it the stock BOV? It wont hold much more than 12psi if its leaking.
You can tell if your turbo's done easily...remove the intake pipe & try to spin the impeller, also push/pull & wiggle to see if its got shaft play. If so its done:thumb:

no shaft play at all and no i didnt disconnect the bcs..i put too much boost and cracked my housing the crack is beyond the flapper..but right now im trying to hook everything up but im having trouble hooking up the oil feed line pretty ### right now.

finally got my camera working this what i found when i pulled it off
