Since I've been having some problems with my car recently and this may be a stupid question but please hold back the flaming I'm still learning. Does fftec do regular test and maintenance on cars. I posted in the newbie section about a woo sound and some say it may be the wheel bearings. Plus I have a high idle and a oil leak somewhere. I just want to get my car running the way it should so I was wondering if fftec is just a performance shop or does regular repairs as well. Thanks in advance for the help.

they tend to be really busy, so yeah, call in advance. As for a woo sound, as undiscriptive as that is, im fairly confident that is your wheel bearing, because thats exactly how i would discribe it, LOL.

Hey there :). We do schedule appointments for diagnosis and certainly do regular repairs. Our techs work quickly and efficiently, and as with any diagnosis, it usually comes down to a process of elimination and experience. Your best bet is to call the shop during open hours to work out the appointment details with Sean (510-475-5855) or to e-mail us at [email protected].

We are closed for Christmas/New Years and will be back in business starting January 3rd. Our calender for January looks pretty good so you shouldn't have to wait too long for an appointment if you call in advance.

Merry Christmas guys. As always, we appreciate your support :).
