Engine Rebuild shops in the Bay??

Anyone know any good shops for a complete engine rebuild? and how much would that cost around? thx

I have searched, and the only shop thats got a good rep around here is full function, soo is there any other besides that shop, just exploring my options

Well Full function have a great deal of DSM Experience so if is a rebuild I would take it there.. There are other shops in the bay area that could do rebuilds but might not have the dsm knowledge.

Some other shops will say we can do the rebuild on your eclipse but when something goes wrong with your car they will be like unlike a good dsm shop they would figure out exactly what might of gone wrong.
In my opinion, Do it right the first time specially if is your motor. Good luck

paul at newlogics in san pablo has never treated me wrong. he knows his stuff, and last weekend he came out on a sunday to do a clutch job for me while I was in a pinch. I've never had any problems with his work, and a mechanic who will come out to the shop on a sunday is hard to find.

and again how much would a rebuild cost around ? 2000-3000? just want a ball park figure

call paul, he has a site, but its not worth going to as he never finished it. its basically just a site that has newlogics and a picture on it. you can also pm him, his user name is (take a good hard guess) newlogic. do a search, I think his number is posted. I just have his cell and im sure he doesnt want me giving that out.
