100 shot on rebuilt 7 bolt

hey guys i am installing a 20g turbo and i have a single fogger nitrous kit jetted for 100hp. just wondering if it will be to much of a strain on the rods with all the pressure. i have ecmlink for tuning and an alcohol kit that will help with the charge temps and extra octane.

Its just a matter of time until a 100 shot just jacks everything up, no reason to IMO with the 20g....just get that thing tuned well....

That'll be a great setup, just becareful with your timing and fuel set-up.

Make sure your pump can handle the nitous/ turbo demands.

It didn't work out to well the 1st time I tried it. I've sence tuned a few big nitrous cars, and they worked well. I'd suggest getting forged pistons. You can't really get too agressive with anything on stock pistons. I have spray 175 shot on a stocker and it held with good gas.

Your 100 shot is going to produce well over 100hp. Turbo mag did a test of a ZEX system with a 35 shot and produced an aditional 100+hp on a turbo charged EVO and they were just trying to get the turbo to spool faster.

It's all in the tune. How confident are you tuning your car?

i knew that it would make more than 100 hp at the wheels thats why i'm thinking of going to a smaller shot because i don't know if my 7 bolt can handle it. i'm afraid of the rods bending !
