Have any of yall used the DSMlink feature to control your nitrous flow? I am wondering if this is a good control device to use for drag racing. Also what type of 50 shot should i use on my car? Dry or Wet? I hear dry is much easier to install, and that is a definate plus. I will only be running about 18 psi.

i dont know where people keep getting the notion that a dry kit is safer. it's certainly cheaper, by about $30  wet kit is better on so many different levels.

Is anybody using "no lift to shift" and dsmlink controled nitrous? I am about to order the NOS EFI direct port kit and Also finaly hook up the NLTS mod. Will it cut off if I keep it floored because that would keep it into all the perameters to keep spraying (while hitting the shift rev limiter) that just = BOOM

How would a window switch work???? NLTS holds boost!!!! I am wondering does dsmlink shut off while NLTS engages. And if not then I can not do the NLTS or it will spray while I am shifting do to the tps still being WOT.

Yes it will cut off the nitrous if you are using the NLTS function along with a relay. Here is a wiring diagram. My diagram doesnt list a ground for the master arm, but it will need one. I'm just too lazy to draw it on there. :D

doesn't a window switch just let you set a certain rpm window and it will only spray if you are under WOT and in the window?? So what would that have to do with nlts???

I never thought about that method. Dosn't radio shack sell switches that are backwards. that will flow current unless power (from clutch being disengaged) and it will shut off/close the current flow.

With DSMlink you dont need any extra switches. Well, aside from arm and purge. It automatically shuts off the nitrous before you hit any rev limits, including NLTS. I was afraid of the same thing, but if you look at some DSMlink logs showing the FPR solenoid, you can clearly see where it is on and where it is off. Seems to work perfectly. So DSMlink gives you min and max rpms (window switch), throttle position minumum (WOT switch), speed minimum (gear control), and knock maximum. I havent done it yet myself, but I think I would be pretty comfortable with DSMlink controlling the nitrous.

ok, thats is what I was trying to find out. I didn't want to continue spraying while it was engaging NLTS. Thanks man-
