what shot?

I have a 96 gst with 103k on it, and i wanted to put a 50 or 75 wet shot on it but i don't know how much to push my engine. I have stock internals and a big 16g at 17psi, a 255lph pump, stock injectors, mbc, 3in dp and exhaust, uicp, etc.
What if any upgrades do i need to support nitrous.

You have a 255L which is enough to run a wet kit off of and a 50shot. Supporting MODs you have and your set, you just need a wet kit. If you wish to increase the shot than concider stronger internals. Yes, you could do a 75shot and that might last you a little while and work out well but your engine well go out sooner.
