What spark plugs is good for my 97 gst spyder turbo i just got it and i want to do a complete tune up the car is stock

There is alot of threads about spark plugs, Tribal Knowlage is NGK.

Ngk sparkplugs - bpr6es if stock and bpr7es if little more mods. Gap to 0.028

Also ngk blue sparkplug wires.

NGK's and it depends on what you have done to the car if you need to run a colder plug
