Is it safe to run no coolant lines

I was told you can run a turbo without coolant lines but didnt get all the info. Is it true and what would i need to do it?

What turbo are you planning on running? You don't have to run coolant lines but it would be smart to invest in a turbo timer then because it will take longer for your turbo to cool down. You wouldn't need to buy anything really, just don't run the lines. You'll probably just end up blocking the holes off or rerouting the lines, im not sure.

how come you dont want to run coolant lines? If the turbo is designed to run with coolant lines, run it that way. Cause if not you got a chance that it will overheat and burnup. I second the turbo timer as well, but would suggest it anyway, coolant lines or not) especially if you like to run the car hard.

good question.. ill soon be running t25 turbo on my 420a and i dont have coolant lines on motor.. so i was planning on just running the oil lines only...

I had a t25 on it but i just got one of those big 16gs off ebay. The coolant line that goes in front won't reach the spot it needs to be in so i figured i'd just not run coolant lines and get a turbo timer?

coolant lines or not its not gonna last very long as it is. So you pick whats better. Soon or sooner.
