So long story short I have done a ton of work and I was wondering what you guys think the car is worth and estimated by my mods what kinda power its capable of. Yes its a vauge question but I honestly have no clue since I have never been on a dyno. I hope to get over 300hp. I have also never sold a car I did this much work to so im not sure what its worth. I probably have somewhere around 6 grand in it, I dont expect to get that but it would be nice :) So here it goes...

It's hard to say how much something like this will go for. Just like anything else you modify, you'll never make your money back with the overall sale. Sean, the owner here, ended up selling his 1G with almost twice the mods you have, making 477awhp on our Mustang dyno, for about $15,000. The car had a built block, built head, built transmission, AEM EMS, roll cage, 92 Talon front conversion, paint, custom 3.5" exhaust, blah blah blah, you get the idea. Your best bet is to search around and see what you can find in your area. Take pictures of your car, post it up for sale with a detailed list. I'm sure if you are realistic, you'll get what you ask for since it seems like you took very good care of the car.

Thanks buddy. Your right but since my mods are pretty common I figured it would be somewhat easy to get an estimate on power/price for a car like mine. Doing as much research as I can. Ill keep at it, mean time I will keep checking here to see if anyone has a good idea :)

it depends on alot of things you know. Like how the car runs? condition? 185k will turn people away for sure, even if you did change all kinds of parts its still a car with 185k. I mean whats it worth to you and someone else are two very diffrent things. I would say you could probably get 3500 out of it farely easy though. Get a dyno sheet and a good tune, and you would probably get more.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention....

The power estimates will depend on who you ask, what dyno they are referencing, and what octane gas you have available.

Car runs spectacular. Here are some pics. Maybe from this someone can give me a better price estimate.

Don't listen to anybody. You'll never get anything more than 1000 for it. But since I'm SUCH a nice guy I'll give you 1200 for it:rolleyes:

Maybe you should try from a different approach... How much is the car worth to you? Maybe then we can help narrow it down. The car definitely looks like it's in great condition, I'd buy it from you in a heartbeat if you were in California.

Well here is how I look at it. I spent around six grand, its worth every penny I put into it... TO ME. How ever if I approached this car and was going to buy it I believe its worth 6k. My train of thought is totally different now that I am selling it so thats why I have to ask you guys :) Or maybe I just wanted an excuse to show off my newly finished project? No really , would you as a buyer pay 6k for this car?

DSMTuners is not an online dyno. Every car is different, therefore NO ONE can give you ANY sort of realistic horsepower estimate. You can estimate horsepower by your timeslip and ET, or you can go get your car dyno'd. That's about it. Anything else is bench racing.

Also, car markets across the nation vary. The best thing to do is put a fairly high price on it and see what people offer you.
