Cruise control removal

HI guys. I am in the process of creating a cruise control removal adapter that will fit the 1st gen DSMs, Instead of spending the time and money 40-60 bucks on a new cable I figured why not use what mitsubishi gave you. I dont know if this has been done before, but i will create this I have 3 prototypes underway. This is where my point is going to be made , this is made from 6061 aluminum, will be adjustable and will only require the bolts that mitsubishi gave you. I am trying to design a true 5-10 min installation bolt on. I NEED YOUR HELP DSMTUNERS. 2 lucky members can have these fro free they will be done in a couple of weeks. thats right all im asking is shipping. HOWEVER, upon a DSMTUNER review, I will promptly refund your payment via paypal. I will have pictures soon. Plus I will also send these 2 members a full out production version. If this post is agiasnt dsmtuners rules please let me know how i can make it not.

P.S. These will not be sold for top dollar I dont know the exact amount but im aiming in betwwen 20-15 dollars depeneding on material costs. They will be made on HAAS CNC machinery. Thank you for your intrest.

im not sure you're gonna make much money from this considering it doesn't take that much time to remove all the cruise components and throttle cables from a junkyard can be bought for pretty cheap.

this is true. However some people do not have access to junkyards, and the hassel of going and removing one from another car and then removing yours, and swaping the cables, etc. I am just going to make them availabe if i dont make any money I really dont care. I'm making them for a couple of people here in oklahoma who would just like to have something like this. Its an alternative.

BTW I found out the cost of material and I can probly sell these for 10 dollars.

I got my FPR on last week and removed the CC so that I would have a nice place to mount my FPR. I ended up having to spend money to do the removal..... I would have been interested in your idea if I would have know about it before I removed my CC

ok p/m sent, I now have two, I will post pictures soon. I plan to take pictures of the ones i am sending. Remeber these are prototypes they will not look as pretty as the finished product. The finished product can either be machined/ no charge, satinized or polised for a fee. truthfully the satinizing looks good.
