Its been snowin' alot and I have a hole in my exhaust pipe now. I was wondering if that could cause my turbo to make a whining sound instead of the High pitch noise when spooling up... I can only hear it when I'm getting on it from half throttle to full. Any imput would be nice. It all caught me off guard. I also doesn't pull as hard as normal(exhaust leak?)

It should be "okay" to use, but you don't want any metal shavings if it's scraping getting in your engine/intake tract. It's probably not going to last much longer being out of balance like that.
