turbocharger upgrade question

I'm deciding on which turbocharger I should get. I plan on doing the fuel upgrades such as fuel pump and rewire, fuel injectors, and a fuel management system, i also have the full turbo-back exhaust and air filter - my goal is to run 11-12's on the street with pump gas. which turbo will best get me their, reliably? Big 16G, FP Street/Strip Hybrid 20G, FP Green, T3/T4?

a 20g turbo would help u get in the 11/12 range easly, it would be alot harder with a 16g or something like that.

at what rpm does the green and 20g reach full boost? I don't want something to laggy - somewere in the 3500rpm range should be fine i guess..
