Cant figure this out

Ok I got this 90 Tsi AWD and its got a rebuilt motor and it ran fine after the rebuild and now it doesnt start. The motor just turns and turns but it doesnt start. But if I take the MPI fuse out and and turn the motor over for about 10 seconds, then put the fuse back in it will sputter for a sec but still wont start. Is there anything I need to check or do? Someone please help me.

Have you checked any of the sensors?

you may want to check your spark plugs too. after cranking for awhile they may be fouled.
