plano,
I just got a new clutch fork in after breaking the old one and.... been driving it (91' fwd turbo) about 2-3 wks. Just in the past 2 days it has had a hard time starting. It cranks and makes the sound and the engine bucking ready to start but stops. Then i try again and agian and after maybe 2 times it works. Well at lunch today it took 10minutes to get it going. and now after 3 more starts since then which went effortlessly it wont start. My friend and i pushed it and let the clutch out in gear trying to push start it, but no luck. It acts like its going to start, then i pump the gas but it seems to have no effect. All it does is crank. Oil is fine. I just changed the sparkplugs after the lunch incident which seemed to help until now. I swapped the plugwires to older ones i had laying around, no difference. I check the main fuses. I can smell gas so im almost positive the problem is sensor/ignition related. My car when it ran... ran like a champ. Didn't seem out of ordinary at all. Feel free to give suggestions or input ill listen to anything. THANKS

CAS. notorious for going bad. Mine first had a hot start problem, then an all the time start problem. Will it start up for like 2 seconds sounding almost like a lawn mower and then quit? Junk yards have them for like $40, people on here have them for like $20, and a new one runs a few hundred.
