My brother has the '90 Tsi,(2.0L)

at 18 PSI, and 7000 rpms, how many Liters/minute of air would he be moving?
 
You'll need to know what the compressor's putting out. A normally-aspirated car would be determined by Brake Mean Effective Pressure, and will be less than 14,000 CLM. By how much more than 14K will depend on the compressor's efficiency at 18 psi, and you have to remember just how transient this will be- he won't be at 7000rpm for a minute at a time.
 
True, I am just trying to figure out how much air would be moving through the car at any one time, the most at any one time.
