Modded 98 GS-T vs NOS Stock 98 Cavalier.

I thought it was funny that my friend hooked up a zex nos kit to his stock cav, and put a 75 shot to it, and me and this guy in a 98 gs-t w/ greddy fmic, and 16g turbo (and more) went to race from a light, and the cav beat us up to about 60 or 70 till his clutch burnt out and we kept on goin (me being in last)

I have replaced 4 cavalier engines because these idiots think there cavalier will hold nitrous. The one thing I dont get is how the cavalier was beating you guys at first. Not trying to be a jerk but a cavy even spraying shouldnt be winning at any point.

well for one it was a VERY quick stop and go stop light race, both times. i hate those, but ya know wilmington guys dont like to find a nice strip to chill and race at (we do have one yet I think cops were waiting there the past 2 weeks ) but it was all good, except the dude kept on WOT even w/ the clutch gone trying to keep up, the funny part is he managed to drive it another almost 60 miles like that, and also peal out the car, for some reason 1st and 3rd gear the clutch would grip but anything else was just slip and no go. now he wants to get some kinda high performance clutch onto it and put a 150 shot to it. i wonder how much longer that motor will hold up haha. he's sprayed that whole tank in that cav. its a fairly big tank (like the one u saw in the eclipse on fast and furious, i duno exactly amounts/sizes)
