how do i clean my intercooler?

this is about the only free mod i can do right now
i have some degreaser but i'm not sure as of what to use for cleaning and how

can anyone help me with instructions and materials.

I'm pretty sure in the tuning guide above the mods there is a small free mod part about cleaning an intercooler. I would suggest rubbing alcohol. Just cover up one end, pour some in, and now cover the other end, next shake it around, then empty it and repeat until the rubbing alcohol comes out clean. Let it dry then reinstall it.

hey, its super easy to clean!

Raise the passenger side wheel take it off, un bolt the splash sheild, un do the 2 IC pipes, then un do all the bolts around it, and u can use gas, rubbing alcohol or even paint thinner to clean it!

dude, if you cut the right front side of your bumper off completely you will expose the IC to all the cool air you want thus making the car hella fast(cause of the better aerodynamics). They were gonna do this in 2Fast 2 Furious but they decided against it cause they didn't want to screw up all the graphics on the front of the car.

Nothing will clean so well and quickly as gasoline, but be _really_ careful with it- away from the water heater in the garage, stuff like that.
