if i wanted to, could i use lite to tune E85? i know it doesnt support meth injection but i was wondering if it had enough that i could tune e85. thanks for any help.

As long as you don't need access to the higher load maps that are available in the full version, or need fine control over your injectors... sure.

not going to run more then 23lbs of boost or be revving past stock rev limiter, so i should be good?>

Yep.

And... you can always upgrade to the full version if needed (it does have some handy functionality not related to your e85 question, such as simulated idle switch, individual injector DT control, ECU-based boost control, etc).
