I would like to get some ideas from everyone how i should build my motor what kinda parts and brand and stuff

You are going to have to be much more specific if you want to get any useful responses that don't start out with "Search the build threads."

By specific, I mean, what are you power goals? What turbo are you looking to run? Do you want it to be streetable? Do you want it to be a track car, autocrosser, daily driver? You get the idea...

As a good rule of thumb, the more specific you can be with your questions, the more tailored/specific the answers will be.

Id start with basic stock bolt on upgrades and work your way up from there, I've had my car since 08 and I'm going step by step. Get familiar with what your looking at, take a look around in the build threads to give you an idea, its pretty much personal preference on most of the things you do to your car.

I want to be streetable... i guess i really dont have a budget but i would like to do the motor and the add on parts to get close to 400 or maybe little more

If you have no budget you should get some 156mm Manley TT I-beams, High compression HD wiseco pistons, have the block o-ringed, dual valve springs and retainers, kelford cams, etc etc LOL. That's a good start.

Ha ha, did you mean you have no budget as in money is no object, or you have no budget as in, I didn't really set aside any cash for this but oh well, let's do this!?

Amway, first step would be deciding on a budget LOL. If money is no object, then the post above me was a great start.

Otherwise, you will probably want to scour the classifieds/build threads to see what you are in for price wise and go from there.

Honestly, 400hp can be had with a stock head and block. However, there are several steps that can be made to increase the reliability of a daily driven 400hp motor such as arp studs, mhg, etc.

You will also want to budget in a good tuning solution for 400hp. As in no Safc or Maft-Pro.

Easiest and probably best for a daily would be ECMLink V3 with SD. But other's opinions will differ.

Don't forget to budget in other upgrades you will have to make, such as to your fuel system and turbo LOL.

Everyone has a budget though right? Even the guys doing mouthwatering builds on here know how many dollars they're forking over.

Money aside I don't know if you've defined what you ultimately want from this car. What do you not like about it now that you want to improve so much?

i would like more power.. i thought 400 would be a got horsepower to run around with

plus my old man has a 79 corvette that has about 400hp power and he said my import car will never be able to beat him so i kind want to prove him and i like power to

well after he beats you on a 1/4 mile, race him down a dirt road or to the grocery store and show him raw power isn't everything.
