Same dry-spring-sound after replacing everything i could think of!! HELP

I have replaced CV joint, driver axle, new rotors, new brake pads, and IT STILL DOES THE SAME STUPID SOUND. Sounds like a rusty spring on my right passenger side when i brake!! It makes no sound when i drive around, but sometimes when i turn the wheel

Any suggestions?

Ball joint, sway bar endlink, bushings etc. Could be any one of them.

exactly what hurricane said,
try and isolate the problem to where you can make it happen 100% of the time
might want to buy a stethascope? the thing you can put up to objects and see if the sound is coming from there

i replaced the sway bar link as well. My friend said it might be the cut springs ( previous owner had cut them) that are messing up? but i might try the ball joint and bushings thanks!
