I just received my innovate db wideband. Is it possible to Install without dsmlink or any data logger? I do however have the maft translator.. The kit came with a tuning software as well.. Please I'm new to this and have researched but none have answered my questions ..

Yes always good to run one an and performance car stock or not. Just follow the install instructions it's rather easy. Get it in there and watch your a/f fun!

Cool so no difference in running it in the first 02 bung

Only if you run it narrow band simulation, you cannot just put it in and run it for logging as it needs to be programmed to do this, plus you need to wire it into your ecu so just keep the front o2 sensor and get a bung installed down stream and run it on its own

Ok so can I just run it to the 2nd o2 with no problems

Ok I just got a little confused... So I'm not logging right now I just want to hook it up so I can watch the a/f and make sure it's not running lean... Any body?

You do not really want it in the 2nd sensor location as it will read slow and not be very accurate, and its after the cat so will alter the readings anyway, so either weld a new bung in which is the better idea or run it narrow band
