1g gsx starts then dies after mpi relay clicking now wont run at all

think i fried my alternator from a bad battery so i replaced it and car ran fine
then later that day it the relay behind radio would click and car would die did that for a while so i replaced the relay/fuse box near the battery so i replace that and ran all the wires straight to the battery...car still did the same thing so i checked relays and sensors and wires and still nothing then randomly it wouldnt start at all and now it just sits in the driveway with the rest of my projects ! i want to get this thing going
about to just find a whole new wire harness and order the ecm link v3

please help

If you haven't already, check the ECU.
