Plug and Play

So I bought an 97 GST automatic shell and then swapped to the manual. I know your supposed to have some extra plugs when done when you do the swap. Like the plug you have to make the jumper etc. I know which plug that is I was just curious what these plugs are? Also I have two smaller plugs that come from the same branch as the big plug that you make the jumper that i was curious about. If you know let me know would like to get this beast running already.

Those are likely the solenoid and pulse generator plugs. You don't need to have them plugged into anything. The only things that you will need to wire up are the neutral safety switch wires and the reverse light. Those are in a different plug.
