First thing I would do is check your spark plugs and wires. Pull the plugs and see how they look. Start with the easy stuff first.

Are you out of gas possibly? How much was left in when parked?

its not the plugs new ngk gaped to .28 it has gas its just below the halfway mark it might be the fuel filter but why would it only do it when its under a load. i am getting new plug wires and fuel fillter this week to see if that will fix anything.

usually when you let them seat for to long gas goes bad. Also i agree with with someone asking you,'how much gas do you have?". Its very rear when cars go broke without a cause, maybe your maf, tps, coil, or igniter is unplugged. If everything is connected and works as it should, than start checking for spark, fuel, compression etc...

also check evap for leaks if you still have it on, all the lines. purge and canister. That will let out alot of fumes in 2 weeks.

double check your timing. but, likely a misfire due to fuel or spark.

To eliminate the possibility of bad gas (most likely water), I'd fill the tank half way and add a full bottle of Seafoam.

How does it run cold? Does it misfire at cold idle, is the fuel pump in the car is original? Just had a similar problem with my girlfriends 3g v6. It would run great cold quarter to half throttle, but as soon as you mashed the pedal it would hesitate to go. When it got up to temp, and you let it sit for a half hour it would run terrible like it had a misfire but all the plugs were firing. I had a random misfire code at first. Then I got the lean bank 1 and 2 codes. Anyway, turned out to be the fuel pump. Which had me stumped, because I had changed it less then 10k miles before. Verify you had spark to all 4 cylinders, by pulling the boots and listening for snapping/change in idle. Then check your fuel pressure and make sure that's correct.

ok thing ive done but still bad even at cold start still idles fairly desent but no change in the issue new plugs again ngk gapped to .28 put some fresher gas in and bottle of seafom to gas that was in it to save from dropping tank new fuel filter got some nasty stuff coming out of the old one. still having the same problem idles ok sounds like slight miss very suttle. still wondering if it could be the gas ### filter was pretty bad but im working on it

and pulled plug boot at idle like said and was a snapping what does that mean

only one that didnt have a change in the idle was one closest to the belts guess it would be number one still ticking noies in all the plug all the way accross when boots are pulled

Yes that's plug number one. Pull out that plug and see what it looks like. Post a pic of it if you can.

When you pull the wire off the plug, it will not spark on that cylinder, therefore, your idle will change. If the plug you pulled the wire off doesn't change the idle, then, that's the cylinder with the problem, because its not firing, or there's no fuel in it to ignite, or there's no compression.

If you are sure the plug is firing, and you have fuel, then a compression test is next. You can rent at most auto part stores and get the reading on all cylinders. Honestly, cylinders don't just drop compression from sitting, unless there was already a problem when you parked it. What's the oil smell like? Have you taken a visual sample of your fuel and confirmed no water in the mix? Double checked all connections?

could it be a sensor issue like maf or somthing along those lines

you said you just changed plugs, is it possible you could have over tightened one of them and cracked it? a buddy of mine cracked a plug the day he put it in and the car ran like absolute turd on brand new plugs. took us a while to figure that one out

Verify your fuel injector on cylinder one. Rec you remove injs, cleaned and bench tested. Injectors often go bad in many ways from bad spray pattern to leaking. Find a shop that can verify and clean off the car.
