Odd rattle when revved

Ok so here's the deal
Idles a bit high around 1200 and higher sometimes
Only problem I have is a strange rattle when I get to around 2-3k
Sounds like its coming from the intake close to the valve cover ?
Any suggestions

Might be lifters.
Does it disappear when you go over 3Krpm?
Why don't you make a video and post it, will be much better.
