Ok guys have kinda a dumb question but i have a automatic fwd 1g tsi that I'm doing a fmic on my question is can i run a aftermarket bov without a gm mass and a maf-t. Yes you can run an aftermarket bov with a fmic without gm maf and mft-t. You do have do recirculate the bov back into the intake tube or you will really crappy.

People have many different opinions when it comes to deciding on aftermarket BOV's. I am currently cunning the the Greddy Type-S and have not had any problems with it at all.

I have a NGR Type S and a GReddy Type RS. Both of them work great.
