Do you have all the different fan speeds? Or is just the full speed working?

Have you ever cleaned out the blower motor, a/c evaporator and heater core? It's possible it's all full of dust from over the years. That, or the blower motor could be getting weak. You could always measure the voltage at the motor while on high speed and make sure it's 12+V.

Under the dash, a Haynes manual will show you how to pull the blower motor and such. The a/c evaporator and heater core will probably be more work than its worth to pull but at least pull the blower and blow air through the cores and vents.

Not to thread jack, but on my gf's 3rd gen, her A/C blows MUCH harder then my GSX, and ESi. I notice that the 3rd gen has the blower in the same location/position as 2g's, and look completely identical. Are the 3rd gen blower motors possibly revised/improved? If that's the case, I'd love to get my hands on one and slap it on both my cars. Might be a neat upgrade.

The difference is night and day. Blower on the GSX is brand new too from the dealer. Only about 2 months old.

Maybe the wiring is larger gauge and therefore less voltage drop?
