92 gsx has no power whatsoever

Alright so here's the story. I bent some valves on my last engine so I pretty much replaced everything, all gaskets, new timing belt, fuel pump, injectors, turbo, ecu, custom chip, and much more mods list is up to date. Anyway finally got her running and she has absolutely no power, starts up idles good timing is spot on here's a video 92 gsx - YouTube I don't know what else it could be. I found a small boost leak at an injector but only loses about 1-2 psi over about 10 seconds. Idle surge will happen randomly.... Has any one had this problem I need to get her running before I go to korea! Any input is appreciated!

The timing marks for your cams look to be one tooth off in your video. They should be inline with one another.

Actually the timing marks look pretty close as the timing light is firing 5 deg btdc.

Read through your list of mods and noticed a critical oversight. You forgot to add horses! lmfao!

But seriously, sounds like an "air" issue. Seeing as you haven't picked up a WB yet, I'm going to suggest looking at your ISC. Test it and make sure it's fully functioning. (DSM ISC motor testing & Replacement - YouTube)

Also, seeing as you have upgraded your injectors, you need to make sure it's tuned properly with the SAFCII. I used to have some good links for that but for the life of me I can't find them.

Make sure you're properly tuned!

Also, to check the cams, just crank your engine until they align, or if they align. Sure fire way, and there's not really any way to screw it up

Cams are aligned. And isc is good fully functional. Wideband is coming next paycheck lol but I have my safc zeroed out right now because I have the EPROM chip compensating for it. My fuel trims are 100% except for low which is about 86% I'm not getting any knock and am building boost great I'm baffled....

First off, fix the boost leak, you know it has one so it needs to be fixed. Second what is your chip tuned for. Is it tuned for the 2g maf and 550 injectors or just 550 injectors. Also how do you have the safc set up to? This sounds tune related to me and possible influenced by the boost leak.

Chip is set for 560cc injectors and 2g maf compensation.I have my safc zeroed out right now thinking I will only need to make minor adjustments with the chip... Will fix the boost leak. And I also did ground the timing light when I set the timing.

Boost leak fixed runs a little better still slower than a Geo metro. Car will also die after a cruise then take as little while to start back up as if it's flooded.

Anyone?....

Update** car also wants to die if it's in gear and I give it a rev.. It does not do I if the car is in neutral and I Rev it. I have checked for crank play there is absolutely none and it's a 6 bolt if that helps.
