Reset ECU- Now high idle?

I just shipped out an EPROM ECU the other day. Before I shipped it, I plugged it into mine to verify that it still worked. Which it did.

Then I plugged mine back in. Since I did this, I have had high idle and surging.

BISS is turned all the way to lower it.

It is usually around 1500RPM. When I left work today, it was 1000RPM. I was happy with that, but then I drove and it went back to 1500RPM.

Before I unplugged the ECU, I didn't have any high idle issues at all.

My TPS is good and have no boost leaks. And yes, I checked.

My CAS is advanced as far as it can because if its not, the car is NOT driveable.

It's a 95 TSi but I have a 1G CAS and the Pot Mod.

Any ideas?

Perhaps the other ECU had a working set of ISC drivers and moved the ISC from where is was before where this ECU doesn't and can't move the ISC back.

First thing I checked, and the cable was adjusted properly.

Went and got gas tonight. Pulled into the gas station, pushed the clutch in, it stalled. Then it kept stalling.

Apparently, it fixed itself, and with the BISS turned all the way, it wouldn't idle. Turned the BISS up and now it idles great again.

I don't know...

This is some weird stuff.

I used to always have to reset my ECU in my 1G to reset the fuel maps. Every couple of days it would start pulling timing like crazy. Reset the ECU and it was like adding 40-50HP.
