You can use a rubber 0 ring, like a grommet. The only thing is to find a size that would work & and run your wires through, Done.

Go buy a grommet that fits the wires and silicone the wires in the grommet. Drill a hole in the headlight cover that is the correct size for the grommet, and you shouldn't have any problems with moisture.

Yeah, I would say grommet of a butt load of silicone. I would go with the grommet though.

Both sets of HIDs that I have, already had a grommet installed with the wires running through them. All I had to do was drill a hole in the factory plastic cover and put the grommet in place with a little silicone.

By doing it like that, won't you have to redo this application each time the bulb burns out? Hopefully you got some quality bulbs if so.

No, the application only has to be done once. If you need to change a bulb it is done just like normal. You would remove the plastic cover with the grommet in it and then be able to get the bulb out.
