I need help with my 60mm GReddy P/H EGT. I cannot get a reading and I do have power at both the ignition and constant power splice. Can someone tell me which wires they tapped into for their power source? I have a good ground because the gauge illumination does work. I have been trying to get an answer as to why this is happening but no one seems to know so I would just like to know which wires any of you guys used to splice into? Has anyone ever had a defective GReddy control box or probe? PLEASE HELP! Thanks

Somebody please help! I can't turn up the boost and start tuning until I get this figured out. Thanks

I wish I knew the answer. I would suggest contacting the manufactuer or the vendor and asking. I think they would rather give instructions to install it as opposed to returning the product. The only other thing I can tell you to do is test the probe, If it's temperature reactive then it probably increases it's resistance. By using an multimeter test the ohm reading, if you apply heat ( a thoussand or so degrees) and it doesn't change then you have a defective probe. If you are positive all of your connections are right then it has to be either the gauge itself (doubtful) or the control unit (most likely). Does the control unit have a fuseable link? Maybe it popped the fuse...

So what does everyones EGT sit at during idle and say freeway driving? Mine is around 400, how does that sound? Thanks

-One of the tiny wire seperated from the connector as I feed it throught the fire-wall when I installed mine, so you might want to check that, try not to have any sharp bend at where the probe's tip and the wire meet at the manifold, because after awhile due to motor's vibration, the ceramic stuff in the tip break at the bend, cause eratic reading. Idle at about 350 deg, cruising at 75 @ ~790 deg.
