Can I delete and use this spot for a MAP sensor when I go SD?

Yes. You can also use it as another vacuum source.

Right, I've allready gotten a few of those as I have deleted all the other emissions stuff. I just thought this was a map sensor for some odd reason. I have a few GM 2.2 and 3 bar map sensors that are nearly the exact same shape I guess is the reason.

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't do anything but trip the CEL, which I should be able to turn off with link.

Yes. There is a writeup on how to wire the new map sensor into the mdp harness as well. Just look at the dsmlink wiki.
