My car is shifting hard and I'm looking for some insight on the best gear oil to use. I have always been a big user for Lucus products, but heard on a few posts that Lucus was not great in DSM Trannys. I have heard good things about Redline Oils and am leaning towards it but wanted to get some opinions. Any?

I run redline mt90 in my trans and it is really good. I like it, the shifts in cold weather tend to be a little notchy but not horrible

Redline is what I use. I use shockproof in the transfer case and rear differential. I use 1 qt MTL mixed with 1 qt MT90 and for the .4 I put some shockproof in there.

Like they say above redline mt90 is the best. My 2nd gear was kinda hard to shift and after I used the mt90 shifts smooth. It is kinda expensive tho.

Just ordered a gallon of MT-90. I'll let yall know how it works out. Thanks for all the help.

I got some. Haven't put it in yet. 4th gear has been grinding semi frequently so I know that there is some metal shavings in the transaxle. What is the best technique or product to flush the transaxle before putting in the new fluid?

Great Question I'd also like to know! Also the one before about how much oil to use!
