I cant decide between the two. I am in need of getting my FP Race manifold coated and both of them seem pretty well at what they do. TCC is way cheaper in price, and havent found any complaints yet. Swain tech just seems to have there history in ceramic coating services. Can anyone help me out in a decision?
 
I just got my manifold back from Tirado and I'm very happy with it. I see your profile says your from Oswego, my wife's parents live there, i'm there a couple times a year but not with my car.

Has it decreased engine temperatures under the hood?
 
I wrapped it as well with DEI titanium exhaust wrap and i definately see decreased temps. Now that it's cooled off i cant give an exact number but when it warms up again i'll know cause in summer my car ran rather warm. It runs 180 now all the time.

I'm sending my FP manifold, custom PR O2 housing, and FP turbine housing to Swaintech once I get it all back from Punishment Racing, who will be creating a different O2 housing than what's been available to us so far. Swaintech is known to have a coating process that holds up to higher temps for racing applications than most of the ceramic coatings out there, which is what swayed my decision. I've had Jet Hot and the coating FP was doing in the past, and now I'm going to try Swaintech. I'll have a write-up on it in a month or so.
 
I've had various items done by Carlos @ TCC and have loved every one of them. He powdercoated my EVO8 valve cover in gloss cobra black and that joker was clean enough for me to eat off of. Presently, he has my ported 1G intake manifold and my ported EVO3 exhaust manifold that I'm having done in gloss black and satin silver respectively. My 1G was running temperatures that were a tad higher than my comfort level allowed. I do plan to give a review of the temperature differences once I get the parts back. But thus far, I have only great things to say about the entire TCC crew!
