will a evo 7 turbo work on a 1g dsm

i was wondering if anyone new if the evo 7 turbo will work on the 1g dsm and if not what mods will i have to do

Yes an evo7 turbo will work on any engine that produces exhuast gas and requires air intake.

No it will not bolt directly onto a 1g dsm, you could look into an adapter plate and oil/coolant feed and return lines as well. You might need a braided ss oil line kit, and the coolant lines off the evo could be used if you are able to bend them into the correct angles.

But it wouldnt be twin scroll. And the evo turbo is a 16g. It is just a twin scroll 16g.

Do you not know anything?? Everything is completely opposite in a Evo motor, this question has been asking many times before and you'd know that if you weren't lazy.

the evo motor will work in the non turbo 2nd gen. but not in the 4g63 equipped eclipse/laser/talon

The flow of the evolution 4g63 is opposite that of our cars and evo 1-3. meaning it is a no go. But like Canada4g63 was stating, it would be a lot more appropriate on using a 16G from an evo 1-3

I'm sorry I'm new to all of this I was trading a motor for a turbo and that's what the guy had so that's why I asked I did car audio for ten years now getting in to performance and just trying to get some help this is were everyone told me to go
