car starts up great, idles great, boost leaks all fix. When i feather the petal it hits boost and reponds to it fine. When i put the petal to the floor it hits full boost, goes fast for a second then feels like it hits a brick wall.

1g throttle body installed and 2g mani ported on the tb area. No CEL. Car is boosting 11psi which is factory. so far

i swaped out wastegates
swaped out Blow off valves
i put ngk plugs and gaped them .28
changed plug wires.
car has 109k miles

It sounds like you just about reached the potential of the stock and small T25...

interesting..i was going to tell you to do all of the things that you listed you did, but you already did them. do you still have the stock 2g bov? cus when i put my 2g bov on my stock t25 it would do the same thing, but then when switching back to my turboxs RFL bov it was fine. Also the plugs too, but you did those. I too would like to see what it turns out to be..good luck

It sounds like a massive boost leak, check your coil-pack.

im going to throw on another coil and change the transister and see if there is any difference.

actually the bov i changed to is an ebay RS, but i didnt want to mention it because it did the samething with both bovs. both recirculated btw

ecu swapped, no change.
next im flushing fuel injectors

Mark this thread resolved so others know you solved your problem and can learn from your diagnosis.

Also, you should change the fuel filter if you haven't done so already. They're normally less than $15, and you wouldn't believe the rusty shit that I have witnessed come out of fuel filters from cars that were running perfectly.
