Alright so ive been doing some reseach and I just have a few question
To install a 14b the cheap way

Can i just use the oil return lines and water lines and j pipe from a 1g on my 2g?

I read I can reuse the water line's they just need to be bent and use some hoses
and the j pipe from a 1g just use the licp to slip over it
and what about the 1g oil feed lines?
i think i read somewhere alls you have to do is drill out the bolt holes on the oil line to get the bigger bolts to fit

yes i am well aware its better to get a stainless steel line but im broke and my t25 is on its way out

I saw on another fourm it is possibly I just need someone to varify
:hmm:

No you do not need to modify the oil supply. The best is to use the 1g oil feed line, and then it gets oil from the head. All you need to do then is put a bolt in place of the banjo bolt (where the oil used to come from on a 2g) Then oil drain line is still the same.

So you can use all your 1g lines, you just need to bend them (NOT THE OIL FEED LINE THOUGH!) ** you also want to use the 1g oil feed line, it acts as a built in restrictor which is necesarry.

You are going to have to get a banjo bolt to use for the head though and a solid bolt to put in place of where the old feed was.

As far as 1g j pipe...i was able to use mine, i just had to turn around the licp and "stretch it" to make it fit. It was just the right length for me. Some people need to get extra tube some dont.

what do you mean wouldn't i put the 1g oil feed line on the 2g spot on the oil filter? and why would i put a bolt in place of the banjo bolt? how would oil flow?

If it is in a different spot do i just put a bolt on the 2g spot on the oil filter?and where is the spot located on the head that i would put the 1g oil line

There is a whole write up on this and install info, better than i could tell ya. You need to get 2 bolts....one banjo bolt for the HEAD of the engine, and regular bolt to stop oil from leaking where the old oil feed line comes from.

alright i got everything figured out i got the t25 out and the shaft moved about half inch back and forth but getting this banjo bolt is a pain everywhere i call locally act like i have metal problems for looking for tha size even the dealer called me crazy for the 10mm x1.25mm banjo bolt it was rediculous if i dont find one im making it with a drill press but in order to get the 1g oil feed line to the head it did require minor bending {not kinking!} is this ok? or did i do a bad thing ### ive read not to bend it but you have to in order for it to fit so someone help me out is it ok that i did that?

The dealer should have it, I got one, but it was almost 15 bucks!!:notgood: I made one for my son's talon, worked great!! :thumb:

As long as you did not restrict flow it will be fine.
