Fresh motor but no crank!

Hey guys i went to prime my motor tonight to start it up and for some reason when i go to start it all it does is some wierd click noise at the starter and i noticed the WDO relay clicks. What could be causing this a bad ground or what?? Please help want to get this thing started

Sounds to me it's a bad ground, dead battery, or your starter is bad. Also make sure that your starter is grounded out and that your connections are clean and secure.

yeah sounds like the starter just isn't getting enough juice. maybe dead battery or bad connection.

+1 to what they said. Might be easiest to take the starter out (with the wires connected on the solenoid) and make sure theyre tight ### it can be a pain in the a$$ to get at them when the starter is on. Then just make sure your other ground is good and your batt is charged. good luck man

also dont ever forget that a messed up NSS will make your car click when starting too. (neutral saftey switch) theres a little plastic piece in there that broke try pushing the switch by hand and starting the car. its a shot in the dark but what the hell.

Thanks for the help guys I know its not the battery cause i tryed 2 fully charged and both same results. Ill try the NSS later today. Im leading towards a bad ground somewere cause i have never had a problem like this before. When i pulled the motor starter and everything worked just fine.

Anyone have a diagram of how the grounds are suppose to be connected?

UPDATE: I got the starter issue figured out but now when i try and start it up she wont start I checked and its getting fuel and spark!!

What they said. I noticed you said it was a fresh motor. Try manually rotating the motor to see if maybe it's a motor problem...

If you have spark and fuel maybe the CAS is off badly and needs to be adjusted? Or timing is off?
Make sure you have everything is plugged off

The CAS could be 180° out...

Could also be the coolant temp sensor not plugged in/bad...

Is the CEL on?
